What is the turn around time?
Your order will be processed and ship within 5-10 business days from the time of order. Please note that 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air orders will process in 5 business days or less.

What if there is a back order?
If an unforeseen back order should arise we will contact you with the estimated time for availability. We may also recommend a substitute item.

What do you mean by customization?
Brunswick logo choices can be made in our customization section of the website. Logo type and location are determined by you! All logos are officially licensed by Brunswick Corp. Any time a new high performance ball is released, we will add it as soon as approved.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
You will receive an itemized online invoice and an e-mail confirmation. Included in this confirmation is a link and instructions of how to monitor the progress of your order.

Methods of payment?
Major credit cards, approved through a secure gateway. No personal credit card information is stored at our website. Any other form of payment must be pre-arranged through customer service. Sorry no personal checks.

How do I specify the logos or text I want added to the item?
We have a developed a truly interactive way to customize an item online. You can actually preview the changes prior to finalizing each item ordered.

What choice of fonts are available?
Part of the online customization experience is selecting location, lettering layout style, font type and color. All interactive and previewed before placing you order.
